Social media operations for lean consultants

Move from client context to approved social posts faster.

Built for solo consultants and owner-operated agencies. There is no client-facing approval portal and no multi-step approver chain, so if a client needs to log in and sign off, this is the wrong tool and the rest of this page will not change that.

01

A separate Brain per client

Each brand keeps its own facts, positioning, audience, and source material, so context never bleeds between accounts.

02

Faster platform adaptation

Create one source idea and review distinct drafts for each selected network and account.

03

An internal approval queue

You hold, edit, and approve every platform version. Your client approves in whatever channel you already use with them.

04

Visible delivery state

See drafts, scheduled posts, published posts, and failures without checking every network by hand.

What Cadencz does not do for agencies

Putting this first because it decides whether the rest is worth your time. Cadencz has no client-facing approval portal, no configurable multi-step approver chains, no per-client login, and no white-labelling. Approval is an internal queue that you, the operator, own.

If your clients expect to review and sign off inside a branded portal, or your contracts require an auditable multi-party approval trail, buy a platform built for that. Sprout Social documents external approvers on its higher tiers, and there are agency-specific tools that do this properly. We would rather lose the fit here than after onboarding.

What remains true is that plenty of consultants approve on the client's behalf and send a link or a screenshot for sign-off. If that is how you already work, nothing above is a blocker.

  • No client portal or per-client login
  • No multi-step or external approver chains
  • No white-labelling
  • No enterprise reporting or granular role permissions

Why per-workspace pricing matters when you run several clients

Most agency tooling bills per seat, which is the model that punishes exactly your shape of business. A three-person agency on a $199 per seat platform is spending roughly $7,164 a year before anyone has approved a post, and every contractor you add is another full seat.

Cadencz charges per workspace. Team is $79 a month for 3 seats, 2 workspaces, and 10 Brains; Growth is $149 for 5 seats, 3 workspaces, and 20 Brains. Adding a client means adding a Brain, not another seat licence, so the marginal cost of the fourth client is close to zero.

That is the clearest structural reason to look at this over a per-seat suite, and it is worth checking against your actual headcount before anything else on this page.

  • Team: $79/mo, 3 seats, 2 workspaces, 10 Brains, 15 connected accounts
  • Growth: $149/mo, 5 seats, 3 workspaces, 20 Brains, 30 connected accounts
  • No per-channel add-on charges
  • Adding a client adds a Brain, not a seat

The expensive part is rebuilding brand context

Agency content slows down when every brief starts from scattered notes, old posts, message threads, and memory. A generic AI writer can produce more copy, but it cannot guarantee the copy belongs to the correct client, and mixing two brands' facts in one draft is the mistake that costs an account.

A Brain gives each brand an inspectable context layer. Update the facts and guidance there, then retrieve the relevant material when planning or composing. Because it is inspectable, a contractor picking up a client mid-campaign can read what the account actually claims rather than reconstructing it from old posts.

  • Separate clients by Brain, with no shared context
  • Keep source material and learned facts inspectable
  • Use the connected account's real profile in review
  • Preserve a visible draft and publishing history per client

Produce variants without multiplying manual work

One campaign idea may need a detailed LinkedIn post, a short X post, and a community-appropriate version elsewhere. Cadencz drafts natively for 7 channels (X, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Threads, Mastodon, Telegram, and Discord), and the remaining live channels carry copy you write or adapt under the same task.

The full publishing list is Bluesky, X, LinkedIn, Threads, Mastodon, Telegram, Discord, Slack, and dev.to. You keep control of the final wording, schedule, account, and media. AI reduces adaptation work on the channels it writes for; it does not remove review, and it does not invent the versions it has no writing profile for.

Who this actually suits

Cadencz is strongest for solo social consultants and compact owner-operated agencies who need more usable output and clearer publishing operations, and who own the final review decision themselves.

It is a poor fit for agencies with large editorial teams, formal client governance, or contractual approval trails. That is not a roadmap promise being withheld; it is a different product being described. Judge it on the workflow you actually run, not on the feature list you might grow into.

Questions

Common questions

Does Cadencz provide a client approval portal?

No. Cadencz provides an internal approval queue that you own, not a client-facing portal with separate logins. It suits consultants and lean teams who approve on the client's behalf and confirm sign-off through whatever channel they already use with that client.

Can I manage more than one brand?

Yes. Each client gets its own Brain so context never mixes. Team includes 10 Brains across 2 workspaces, Growth includes 20 across 3. Connected accounts are capped per plan at 15 and 30 respectively.

How does the pricing compare to per-seat agency tools?

Cadencz bills per workspace rather than per seat, so adding a client means adding a Brain rather than another licence. Team is $79 a month for 3 seats and Growth $149 for 5, against per-seat suites where a three-person team commonly runs into four figures a month.

Can each platform have different copy?

Yes. Every selected channel keeps an independent draft and preview while remaining part of the same compose workflow.

Can I white-label it for clients?

No. There is no white-labelling, custom domain, or client-facing branding. Clients see the posts on their own channels; the workspace itself is yours.
